Why is this a bug? I am building a simple interface to output build status and am using the RSS feed, but was surprised to see that although incomplete builds are shown in the web interface for cruisecontrol, they are not listed in the RSS feed. I thought this was a bug until I saw this ticket and corresponding changeset.
