Test Failures and Errors doesn't show

The "Test Failures and Errors" section of the build summary stopped showing up when we upgraded to cruise 1.4.0 (from 1.3.0).
We tracked this down to the fact that BuildLogFilter was being given the display text, which has been truncated, when our errors are further into the log than that.
Attached is a patch that addressed the issue for us, derived from 1.4.0 release. It seems to rebase to git master without any trouble.
