Autolink #{RAILS_ROOT} from stack trace in the build log to work directory ... requested by Alex

#{RAILS_ROOT} is used instead of a ./ in stack traces related to failures in templates. It would be convenient if log section linked paths starting with #{RAILS_ROOT} to appropriate source files
