Support rspec

The library rspec or Ruby Specifications is gaining popularity over standard the standard Test::Unit framework. I believe the community (and myself) would benefit greatly from native cruisecontrolrb support for rspec. If you are unfamiliar with the technology you can learn about it here: http://rspec.info.
