1-click deploy .. requested by pat farley's project & dan north

As a QA, I would like to be able to 1-click deploy a build to an environment from the webapp, so that I can control my environments - can't do deploy synchronously because it would lock the mongrel for 20 minutes - can either: - launch thread to start deployment over ssh and then store output in memory - launch new process instead of thread and write log to file. could then use file locking to determine if build still running - build page displays log as long as deployment running by retrieving from Deploy object in memory
