When something fails outside the build (svn update, build config, notifiers etc), this should be displayed as a problem on the dashboard, and the details should be written out to the build.log, so that they are also visible in the build page If there is an error in a project config file, the dashboard & builder should still start, and the error should be displayed on the console, the log, AND the dashboard (maybe as the single artifact of the in process build
