Builders go zombie when dashboard receives a SIGHUP

From Dan North: 1. Open shell session, run cruise start & 2. Close shell session Expected: dashboard and builder(s) keep running (as a daemon) Actual: dashboard goes down, builder(s) become zombie To fix: 1. Figure out why a builder goes zombie, and fix that 2. Make cruise start set --daemon option by default (on a *nix, cause this option doesn't work on Windoze)
