[PATCH] Malformed header when running under apache

When running CruiseControl.rb (revision fc705967b4600d9627ff3a8666d294722695eaed) under apache I get the following error message in apaches error_log when trying to access the site: "malformed header from script. Bad header=cruise data root = '/srv/cruis: dispatch.cgi"
I tracked it down to config/boot.rb and have supplied a very simple patch that fixes the issue. I'm guessing it is a misplaced debug output.
