Documentation Needed : How to setup cruise control dashboard/builder to run as a normal rails app

Please provide documentation in your manual that describes methods for running the builder process standalone(e.g. started from an /etc/init.d/ccbuilder script), and running the dashboard as a normal rails app. e.g. I have multiple rails apps running in the context of a single web server (litespeed on port 80). I would like to add cruise control to be just another URL within that web servers context so when I visit cruisecontrol.myhost.com (which I setup in my DNS) the web server will be able to do name based serving of the cc app.
