Configuration.disable_build_now = true does not work

Useful when you host CC.rb as a # public web site (such as http://cruisecontrolrb.thoughtwo... - try clicking on Build Now button there # and see what happens): The Build Now button on the TW site works just fine, as it does on my site, where I have set "Configuration.disable_build_now" to true.
