support for more locales

Subversion has supported many locales. If not in English locales, code like " last_locally_known_revision = info(project)['Last Changed Rev'] " won't work, because the information is changed ,the key varies. Also in Chinese locales, parser '/^([^:]+):\s*(.*)$/' won't work because colon in Chinese is "：",not ":".
